After Elizabeth graduated from the University of South Carolina, with honors, she served two-years as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Smoak in the Northern District of Florida (Panama City, Florida). Elizabeth then moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she was an attorney at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, for nearly 8 years. At Constangy, Elizabeth partnered with management at startups to Fortune 10 companies by providing comprehensive and substantive legal advice, defended clients in legal disputes, negotiated contracts, and conducted thorough and prompt investigations into workplace disputes. While in Jacksonville, Elizabeth was also an Owner and the General Counsel for CrossFit Fernandina before selling the partnership in 2021. Elizabeth has authored multiple industry publications and frequently speaks at conferences. She was also recently recognized by Best Lawyers® as “Ones to Watch” (2023).

In addition to her law practice, Elizabeth is the CEO and General Counsel of Hunt the Front, a motorsports brand. She is also married to her husband Joshua, and she is the mother to Ryan, Jacen and Jayden. When she isn’t serving clients or at the dirt track, Elizabeth spends her time traveling, making content for social media, and video editing.
